Jane Kafigian

Jane’s paintings depict her “perception of subject matter.” Her style is loose - portraying movement, mood, and emotion.

Works include glimpses of people/places of Virginia's Eastern Shore, as well as, landscape, seascape, roosters, wildflowers and objects of interest.

Painting began in childhood culminating with a B.S in Art Ed.  Currently, Jane continues to attend painting workshops to study with contemporary artists within and beyond the U.S. Ms. Kafigian's work can be found in galleries in Richmond VA, the Eastern Shore of Virginia, and is included in corporate, private, and institutional collections in Eastern U.S. and Europe.

(You can find Jane volunteering at the Ellen Moore Gallery every other Wednesday. Come on by to find out more about her work and the works of her fellow artists and artisans!)
