Judith Cutler

Judith has a background in fine art and graphic design. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pennsylvania State University. As a college student she began a lifelong love of abstract expressionism. Elaine deKooning was one of her early teachers.
After working as a corporate designer for more than 20 years, she returned to fine arts
using acrylics, mixed-media and pastels as
painting mediums.
The Pastel Society of America, NYC, has designated Judith a Master Pastelist.
She is also a Master Circle member in the International Association of Pastel Societies.
Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania,
Judith currently lives in New Bern, NC.
